Frequently Asked Questions
Will you come to our property to shoot content?
We only travel to clients on the Premium or Elite Social Media Marketing Packages that are within our local service area. Our service area includes Palm Beach County, Broward County, Dade County, & Monroe County in Florida. Remote clients outside of this area, regardless of marketing package, are responsible for providing us with raw photo & video footage.
I have multiple properties. Does your package include making individual social media pages for each one?
No. We will create one of each social media page. If you have multiple properties, we can showcase all of your properties on there. If you prefer separate pages for each property, we will have to adjust your package pricing to fit your needs. Please contact us.

How many properties will I be able to feature?
Packages include a single feature. If you have multiple properties, there is a charge of $50/month for each additional property featured in the Facebook group & newsletter. We offer a discount to investors with 10+ properties.

Is there an obligation?
Yes. Our Standard Social Media Marketing Package clients are subject to a minimum 12-month contract obligation. There is a $250 early cancellation clause.
Does this package include paid advertisement & ad management?
No. All of our social media marketing packages involve organic marketing techniques and do not utilize paid avenues. However, if you need assistance with setting up & managing paid ads through Facebook, Instagram, or Google, please contact us to discuss.
Do you offer direct booking setup?
Yes, we do. However, this is a separate service. Please contact us to discuss your property & needs.
