If you know someone that is seeking a STR manager for their property, introduce them to Tigertail Property Management. For every successful referral of an eligible property, you will receive a 5% reward. You don’t need to be an existing client at Tigertail Property Management to refer a property owner & earn.

Fine Print

1. For a referral to qualify as a Successful Referral, the new Client referred by you must sign our annual Short-Term Hosting & Management Agreement. The Client must provide at least 8 weeks of availability within the 3 months of the contract’s start date. 
2. You will receive 5% of our management earnings from the first month of our successful collaboration with the new Client. You will receive the reward 60 days from the contract start date with the new Client. 
3. A referee may not benefit from the reward for referring to their own principal place of residence, or any other properties otherwise owned, co-owned or lived in by them or immediate family. We may request documents to prove validity of referral.
4. A referral reward may be paid out only once per property, & only to the first person referring the new property to Tigertail Property Management.
