Following our initial property assessment, we will work with you to ensure your property is compliant with local requirements (e.g. landline phone,  NFPA-10 fire extinguisher as required by law, etc) and guide you through required local inspections and licensing if necessary.

Hotel Quality Linen & Towel Program

Clients have the option to opt-in to our linen & towel program, which provides guests with commercial-grade, hotel quality white linens, robes, disposable house slippers, & towels. We regularly replace all worn items.

Clients have the option to opt-in to our toiletry & amenity service. We offer to stock every property with bath toiletries, cooking supplies, & other necessities after each cleaning. Here's what we include:

Prior to taking on a new remote client, we will request video footage of your property to ensure it passes inspections according to the state & city requirements. We will also assess the existing exterior & interior design; we may have staging suggestions. We seek to market & manage premier properties that have high revenue potential based on our financial projections & only sign-on clients with properties that fit this requirement. 

Virtual Interior Design & Staging 

Following our initial property assessment, we offer clients the option of virtual design services. Under some circumstances, we may travel to the property location to complete interior design work.

Is there a sign-on fee? What does it cover?
Yes. Our property sign-on fees cover property assessments, market data pulls, listing creation, automation setup, reservation system onboarding, & our administrative costs related to making sure your property is operational.

I like my property the way it is. Do I have to let your company stage it?
Of course not! However, we may have some suggestions for you that could increase your occupancy. Before we make any changes to a property, we always get the permission of our clients. We want you to love the property just as much as we do!

Do you offer direct booking setup?

Yes. We can provide a direct booking website for your property in addition to marketing it through online travel agency (OTA) platforms.
